Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and deliver a variety of projects within Tolling Operations. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards.

The Project Manager focuses on day-to-day project execution, coordination, and delivery across initiatives. This role partners closely with Program Managers and leadership to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of project management fundamentals, familiarity with Agile principles, IT systems, and business operations, and excels at communication and coordination.
Responsibilities

Project Management:
  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives
Risk & Issue Management:
  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Develop mitigation strategies and track through resolution
  • Escalate risks and blockers appropriately
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
  • Provide regular status updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Maintain clear communication across business and technical teams
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders
Budget & Resource Coordination:
  • Track project budgets and monitor spend
  • Coordinate resources and support allocation tracking
  • Ensure efficient utilization of project resources
Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation
  • Prepare status reports, dashboards, and meeting notes
  • Ensure project artifacts are accessible and standardized
Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes
  • Contribute to establishing consistent project management practices
  • Support adoption of tools and frameworks
Agile & Delivery Practices:
  • Apply knowledge of Agile principles and practices in project execution
  • Support team coordination across iterative development cycles
  • Help facilitate efficient workflows, without formal Scrum Master ownership

Typical Qualifications

Required:
  • 2-5 years of experience in project management or project coordination roles
  • Familiarity with Agile principles and methodologies
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting IT, software development, or infrastructure projects
  • Experience with project tracking or reporting tools (e.g., Smartsheet or similar)
  • CAPM, PMP, or related certifications (not required)
