Full Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role provides leadership to project teams, manages subcontractor and vendor contracts, and fosters strong customer relationships to drive project and company success.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Oversees and coordinates the planning and implementation of concrete frame and formwork projects.
  • Responsible for managing the project productivity, costs, and safety consistent with company policies and practices.
  • Supervises the activity and development of relevant positions including detailers, estimators, project coordinators and material coordinators.
  • Capable of reading and interpreting rebar shop drawings, post-tension shop drawings, concrete formwork drawings, structural and architectural drawings.
  • Develops and maintains customer relationships to enhance company's ability to procure projects, reduce risk, and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Works in cooperation with other office personnel to negotiate and execute sales contracts consistent with policies.
  • Manages and coordinates all subcontractor and vendor contracts and associated processes and procedures.
  • Assists with the development and coordination of material and equipment schedules and promotes their efficient use.
  • Monitors the overall safety and quality issues on the project.
  • Supervises the activity and development of Project Engineers.
  • Performs special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience plus five (5) years of experience supporting similar key position responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as with customers and vendors
  • Detail oriented with the ability to efficiently analyze and organize significant amounts of information regarding plan layouts, material deliveries, and jobsite productivities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Advanced knowledge of safety and relevant OSHA requirements and regulations
  • Ability to travel and work for extended period of time on projects outside of the office area

Salary range for this position is $105,000 - $120,000/year based on experience. This position will remain open until filled.
