Project Manager, Demolition

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Demolition Division and lead challenging projects from planning through completion.
What You'll Do
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of demolition projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering regular project updates
- Monitor project financial performance, track costs, and identify opportunities for improved efficiency
- Oversee quality control and ensure work meets project specifications and client expectations
- Proactively identify risks and resolve project challenges
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports
- Collaborate with executive leadership and operations teams to ensure project success
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in demolition, construction, heavy civil, or related industries
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration
- Working knowledge of demolition methods, construction practices, and safety regulations
- Proficiency with project management software and standard business applications
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certification or equivalent project management credential
- Experience managing bridge demolition projects
- Knowledge of environmental remediation and hazardous materials projects
