Job Descriptions: Project Manager (Delivery) with a strong background in TrackWise Digital to lead and manage projects effectively. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in project management, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of projects utilizing TrackWise Digital.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive communication with stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members in best practices and methodologies.
- Continuously improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Mandatory Skills: - Strong knowledge and experience with TrackWise Digital.
- Proven project management experience with a focus on delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills: - Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.
