The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced jobsite environment, excels at day-to-day coordination, and keeps work moving safely and efficiently.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact and coordinator between the General Contractor/Lead Contractor, Field Supervisor, technicians, and trade partners to align daily activities and resolve field issues in real time.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate practical daily and weekly schedules, look-ahead plans, and resource needs in close collaboration with the Field Supervisor and site leadership.
  • Facilitate daily huddles, weekly progress meetings, and coordination sessions with technicians, foremen, and subcontractors to drive clarity and accountability.
  • Track milestones, identify potential delays or conflicts early, and proactively troubleshoot or escalate scheduling and coordination issues.
  • Gather input from site teams to update actual progress, estimate remaining work, and maintain accurate short-term scheduling.
  • Maintain clear, organized site documentation including daily reports, safety observations, material logs, RFIs, change orders, and as-built records.
  • Coordinate material deliveries, equipment staging, and labor resources to match current work front priorities and minimize downtime.
  • Support quality and safety standards through regular site presence, verification of work practices, and promotion of a strong safety culture.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and updates to the project manager, client representatives, and stakeholders as required.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing site conditions, priorities, and last-minute requests while keeping overall project goals in focus.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is a plus but not required.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in construction project coordination, site supervision, or field project management. Experience on commercial, industrial, or mission-critical facilities (data centers, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.) is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly convey information to technicians, supervisors, contractors, and clients in person, by phone, or in writing.

  • Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to be on-site full time and work the hours required by active construction (early starts, extended days, or weekends as project needs dictate).
  • Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour Construction Safety certification preferred.
