POSITION INFORMATION Job Summary The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects within the Customer Service Division to support operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and successful project execution. This role manages project planning, scheduling, communication, resource coordination, and overall project performance from initiation through completion.
The Project Manager serves as a central point of coordination between internal departments, leadership, customers, vendors, and field personnel to help ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Coordinate and oversee assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, implementation, reporting, and closeout activities.
- Establish project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, action items, and status updates to support successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates, risks, delays, and changes to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate communication and activities between internal departments, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel.
- Support customer communication and help manage customer expectations throughout the duration of projects.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including agendas, meeting minutes, follow-up items, and progress reporting.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for operational improvement and support implementation of process enhancements where applicable.
- Maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, tracking logs, and project records.
- Help ensure projects remain aligned with budgets, schedules, quality standards, and company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support efficient workflows and project execution.
- Identify and escalate project concerns, resource constraints, or scheduling conflicts as needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and departmental objectives.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS Education - Preferred • Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent preferred).
- Experience managing projects in engineering, construction management, industrial technology, manufacturing, or related environments preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant field experience may be considered.
Experience - Minimum of 1• 3 years of project coordination or project management experience preferred.
- Experience managing projects in manufacturing, industrial services, construction, automation, or service-related environments preferred.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, field labor, vendors, and cross-functional project teams preferred.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in fast-paced environments.

Physical Requirements - Primarily office-based work environment with occasional visits to customers or operational sites.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS Work Environment This position primarily operates in a professional office environment with occasional exposure to customer facilities, manufacturing environments, or active project sites as needed.
Travel Requirements Approximately 25% travel is required based on project and customer needs. Regular air travel is required when project locations and customer needs warrant it. Travel may also include driving, rental vehicles, and other transportation as necessary. Candidates must be willing and able to travel by air as required for the position.
