Lead High-End Construction Projects from Start to Finish

This is a high-responsibility, high-reward role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and leads with precision.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Own the success of each project from pre-construction through final walk-through.
  • Manage project schedules using BuilderTrend to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Control budgets, monitor job costs, and keep projects financially on track.
  • Hire, manage, and hold subcontractors accountable to Creekside standards.
  • Communicate directly with clients, keeping them informed and delighted throughout the process.
  • Conduct site visits, quality checks, and ensure all work meets our standards for excellence.
  • Resolve issues swiftly with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
