Description
Loch Harbour Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee critical projects under the NAVAIR (Naval Air Systems Command) in Patuxent, Maryland. Responsibilities:- Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
- Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
- Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
- Tracks program/project status and schedules.
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Clearance Required: Requirements
Education:- Masters of Science degree OR
- Masters of Art degree
Minimum Requirements:- 10+ years of professional experience
- Active Secret Security Clearance OR the ability to obtain a Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
Desired Experience:- Experience with DoD and SECNAV series instructions.
- Experience utilizing NAVAIR management tools.
- Experience developing acquisition strategies.
- Experience developing and executing integrated Government schedules.
- Experience developing, managing and executing budget and phasing plans.
- Experience with cost and performance trades.
Salary Description
$160,000-$175,000
