  • Manage project budgets and financial performance, including forecasting, commitments, contracts, purchase orders, change orders and cost reporting.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, critical-path activities, procurement timelines and construction milestones, taking action to address delays and keep projects on track.
  • Coordinate design and consultants, working with architects, engineers and other stakeholders to resolve design, constructability and coordination issues.
  • Lead tendering and procurement activities, including RFPs, scopes of work and the evaluation of contractors, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
  • Manage General Contractor and trade relationships, monitoring construction progress, quality, documentation and contractual requirements while maintaining strong collaboration across the project team.
  • Oversee contracts and change management, including RFIs, site instructions, payment applications, change orders and other contractual matters, while managing cost and schedule impacts.

  • Drive communication and project administration, leading project meetings, tracking action items, maintaining documentation and providing timely updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate closeout and continuous improvement, including commissioning, deficiencies, warranties and turnover, while identifying innovative construction methods, technologies and processes that improve cost, quality and long-term performance.

  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and collaborate across teams.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with strong judgement, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
