Full Job Description
The Role:

We're looking for a highly organized, execution-oriented Project Manager to coordinate customer implementations and operational projects across the Connected Care business.

This is a hands-on role focused on planning, tracking, communicating, and driving projects to completion. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure implementations are delivered on time and with a great customer experience.

Please note that the other Project Manager, Connected Care position that is posted is solely focused on supporting our Life Science customers and business. This role will focus on supporting other customers within the Connected Care business.

What You Will Do

  • Manage customer implementations from kickoff through go-live.
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and action items.
  • Coordinate activities across Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Sales.
  • Schedule meetings and keep projects on track.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate customer onboarding, training, integrations, and go-live readiness.
  • Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates.
  • Support continuous improvement of implementation processes and documentation.
  • Manage customer communications throughout the implementation lifecycle, including project updates, training communications, release announcements, and other customer-facing communications.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of project management or implementation experience.
  • Experience implementing healthcare technology, SaaS, or digital health solutions.
  • Experience working with healthcare organizations, including health systems, provider groups, and health plans, is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, etc.).
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.

Compensation: The base salary budgeted for this position is in the $110,000-125,000 range per year. This position will also include a yearly target discretionary bonus as well as equity, health benefits, unlimited PTO, a monthly flex day, a 401K plan with a match and more. The final offer determined for the candidate who is hired into this position will depend on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant skills, professional experience, labor market conditions, etc.
