What You Bring to the Arena - Lead complex commercial projects from preconstruction and buyout through closeout.
- Own the financial performance of your projects, including budgets, forecasting, buyout, contracts, change management, and cost control.
- Build and manage project schedules while proactively identifying risks, delays, and issues that could impact project performance.
- Partner with the Superintendent to lead the project team and keep field and project operations aligned.
- Lead OAC meetings and serve as a trusted partner to owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
- Drive value management, QA/QC, risk management, and project closeout throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers while building teams that deliver strong results.
The Skills Behind the Build - 8+ years of commercial construction experience, including 3+ years as a Project Manager with a general contractor.
- Proven experience independently leading $10M-$50M+ commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Demonstrated ownership of project financials, schedules, teams, and client relationships.
- Experience leading healthcare, mission critical/data center, federal, or other technically complex commercial projects is highly valued.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent construction experience.
