What You'll Do - Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, and WIP reporting
- Coordinate architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
- Ensure safety, quality, and OSHA compliance on all projects
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource management
- Maintain strong client relationships and project communication
What We're Looking For - 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Hospitality/hotel/fuel center/big box construction experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial building systems and MEP coordination
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Project, Timberline, and construction software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
- OSHA knowledge required
- Travel required
