  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with OSHA regulations
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and resources management
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and maintain project communication

What You'll Do
  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, and WIP reporting
  • Coordinate architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Ensure safety, quality, and OSHA compliance on all projects
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource management
  • Maintain strong client relationships and project communication

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Hospitality/hotel/fuel center/big box construction experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of commercial building systems and MEP coordination
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Project, Timberline, and construction software
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
  • OSHA knowledge required
