Full Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination of group activity through effective planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling to ensure successful wastewatermonitoring equipment instillation project completion within defined constraints of time, cost, performance, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously across a range of clients and product lines, ensuring delivery that meets scope, schedule, and budget expectations.
  • Coordinate civil engineering project activities across teams, clearly defining tasks, responsibilities, and timelines.
  • Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective client management, customer service, and proactive communication.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee project financials, including:
    • Financial forecasting and analysis
    • Gross margin tracking and management
    • Identifying financial risks and opportunities and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure alignment between project execution and organizational financial goals.
  • Lead, coach, mentor and develop a team(s) of Field Technicians, Field Supervisors, and Field Managers.
  • Foster employee engagement and strong team effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and talent assessments for performance management including hiring, promoting, and discipline.
  • Collect, analyze, evaluate, and report technical data gathered from field activities for all projects, demonstrating attention to detail and technical competency.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and company practices.
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers and collaborates closely with Key Account Managers and Data Analysts to ensure alignment on project goals, expectations, and issue resolution
  • Drives growth within the assigned office or territory by partnering closely with the Commercial Team to identify opportunities, expand service offerings, and support strategic business development initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a degree inCivil Engineeringis strongly preferred.
  • PMP certification required1must either currently hold the certification or be actively working toward completion.
  • EIT or PE certification highly recommended; candidates with aPE license or actively pursuing PE licensureare preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and product lines effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience collecting, evaluating, and reporting technical data for water and sewer infrastructure projects.
  • Effective communicator with experience collaborating with customers, internal teams, and Key Account Managers.
  • Financial acumen, includingproject financial forecasting and gross margin management.
  • Growthand changeoriented mindset, with the ability to drive improvement, support expansion efforts, and adapt to evolving business needs.

Total Rewards

The compensation range for this position is $99,800.00 - $149,600.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
