Compensation: $85,000 - $1,000,000 / year

Description

Cesapeake Controls is looking for a Project Manager to oversee building automation and controls projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects from contract award through closeout.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate engineering, purchasing, field labor, and commissioning activities.
  • Monitor project costs, change orders, and overall profitability.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to customers and leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions.
  • Support the successful turnover of completed projects to the service team.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
