Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects, focusing on scheduling, manpower, tools, materials, and subcontractors.
• Manage the project budget and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Coordinate billings, including handling change orders and related documentation.
• Establish jobsite project and accounting files to streamline operations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance project success.
• Coordinate the purchasing and delivery of materials required for projects.
• Lead and supervise project team members to ensure effective collaboration.
