Qualifications

• Science Degree or apprenticeship, or 1-6+ years of equivalent work experience preferred
• Knowledge of Catalent's current and other lines of business
• Understanding of the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries is required
• Proficiency in Project Management concepts and tools, especially MS Office and MS Project
• Strong client-facing skills focused on meeting and exceeding expectations
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities, with skills in negotiation and facilitation

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned projects, ensuring they stay on track
• Mentor and train other Project Managers and Coordinators
• Promote continuous improvement across departments for high client service
• Act as primary communication contact for clients and facilitate project discussions
• Manage project plans to achieve specified milestones within timelines and budgets
• Support business acquisition alongside sales teams by promoting Catalent's services
• Execute additional project-related tasks as needed
