Pay Range:$33.05 - $49.60
Role OverviewSupervises the assigned project and collaborates with assigned staff/leaders ensuring high quality data with compliance. Coordinates and manages all aspects of the assigned project.
What You'll DoCollege Administration Support- Records, prepares, and distributes minutes and supporting materials for assigned meetings, presidential appointments, and related administrative functions.
- Manages the president's calendar and provides timely coordination for appointments, meetings, and follow-up activities.
- Supports contract, invoice, purchasing, and accounts payable processes to help ensure accurate documentation and timely vendor payment.
- Coordinates planning, scheduling, logistics, and official recordkeeping for quarterly Board of Directors meetings, including actions, resolutions, and minutes.
- Maintains Board of Directors and College policies and procedures and serves as a point of contact for clear, consistent Board communications.
Strategic Initiative Projects- Provides project management leadership for initiatives aligned with the institutional strategic plan.
- Organizes, prioritizes, and tracks daily operations, project requirements, milestones, deadlines, and developmental progress for assigned projects.
- Manages project work plans, adjusts activities as needs and requirements change, and ensures completion of key deliverables.
- Facilitates team, client, and stakeholder meetings; provides regular status updates; and supports informed decision-making within established guidelines.
- Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, presentations, and other project-related communications.
- Maintains project files, data entry, and documentation for assigned initiatives.
- Provides operational support for administrative events and activities, including assistance to department and academic program chairs with programmatic accreditation needs.
Facilities Management- Manages facility projects, repairs, planned activities, and day-to-day operations in coordination with internal and external constituents to minimize disruption to College services and scheduled operations.
- Develops and maintains effective working relationships with Cushman-Wakefield and other facility vendors, as appropriate.
Personnel Management- Maintains current policy and procedure manuals, job summaries, personnel handbooks, team member rosters, and other official documents.
- Maintains complete personnel files for all teammates and updates personnel information as needed.
- Monitors personnel files for required licensure, registration, certification, and official post-secondary transcript documentation, and notifies appropriate management when documentation is missing.
What You'll BringEducation, Experience and Certifications- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience required.
Physical RequirementsWill work in office environment. Requires sitting, standing, lifting, supplies and equipment, and operation of a keyboard and computer. Responsibility to work in a safe manner.
