BCBST is hiring a Project Manager

We’re looking for a highly organized and innovative Project Manager to lead the development, administration, and continuous improvement of our learning and knowledge management ecosystem. Experience with learning and knowledge management platforms and tools is strongly preferred, and knowledge of Docebo, Livepro, and Articulate is highly desired and considered a significant plus.

In this role, you’ll manage BCBST's knowledge management platform, learning management platform, and assist with learning and knowledge initiatives. You'll partner closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, Operations, Training, and Technology teams to ensure employees have access to effective learning experiences and trusted knowledge resources.

Success in this role means learning content is delivered efficiently, knowledge resources remain accurate and easy to access, and employees have the tools they need to perform their jobs with confidence.

Note:

  • This is a remote role with occasional travel within Tennessee, including BCBST’s headquarters in Chattanooga.
  • Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, estimating and technical performance of projects tied to company programs.
  • Serves as advisor to project team members regarding projects, tasks and operations.
  • Manages scope and leads multiple projects including the execution of successful change management processes.
  • Overseeing project processes and procedures; monitoring the productivity and performance of project team. Tracks, reports and resolves issues, evaluates project activities, builds contingency plans and executes corrective action when necessary.

Job Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment

Experience

  • 5 years - Project and/or program management experience

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
