Thompson & Litton is seeking a Project Manager - Architecture to lead projects from kickoff through completion. This role is focused on project leadership, client relationships, team coordination, budgets, schedules, and successful project delivery, with less emphasis on day-to-day design production.
What You'll Do
  • Lead Project Delivery: Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, and deliverables throughout all phases of a project.
  • Build Client Relationships: Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, understand their needs, and help develop long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinate Multidisciplinary Teams: Bring together architects, engineers, surveyors, consultants, and contractors to keep projects moving forward.
  • Manage Project Performance: Monitor budgets, schedules, and overall project performance while addressing challenges and keeping teams aligned.
  • Guide the Team: Provide direction and support to project teams while helping ensure projects meet client expectations and T&L's standards.
What You'll Bring
