Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture required
• 5+ years as a Project Manager or Architect in civic, education, or healthcare markets
• DSA experience preferred but not required
• Architectural license in CA or LEED certification preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated client relationship management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate with design studio throughout all project phases
• Produce architectural redlines and oversee document revisions
• Ensure quality control of project deliverables
• Coordinate design consultants and oversee the architectural team
• Draft client proposals and manage multiple projects
• Facilitate team and client meetings effectively
