Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or a related technical field or equivalent work experience (typically six years of progressively responsible experience for candidates without a bachelor's degree).
• Minimum of six years of experience in project management and/or engineering.
• Demonstrated experience executing complex, cross-functional capital programs with external vendors and multiple internal stakeholders.
• Experience leading projects through vendor selection, commercial evaluation, business case development, and transition into execution is strongly preferred.
• At least two years of experience in a senior technical or leadership role preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
• Strong ownership mindset with decision-making and risk management abilities under tight timelines.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads planning, execution, and delivery of the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) project, focusing on vendor coordination and business case development.
• Develops and maintains integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers for complex capital projects.
• Coordinates and aligns cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
• Conducts regular project governance, progress meetings, and provides executive-level status reporting.
• Manages vendor relationships and administers contracts for major infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with scope and schedule.
• Ensures all project activities comply with safety, regulatory, cybersecurity, and internal governance requirements.
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned to support strategic initiatives.
