Job Summary:Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible.
What you'll do as an Exceptional Team Member- Interface with client management and maintenance staff to coordinate and execute cleaning projects
- Monitor to ensure quality control expectations are met
- Manage schedules to ensure contract compliance
- Review employee performance
- Ability to execute constructive discipline process
- Complete all quality control programs in accordance with company guidelines
- Other projects as assigned
- Report payroll
- Maintain all compliance and safety regulations
- Upkeep of proper supplies and inventory orders
What you'll need to be an Extraordinary Team Member- Minimum of three (3) years managing janitorial operation
- Flexibility with hours and schedule
- Technical knowledge of all aspects of janitorial service delivery
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
