Job DescriptionYou will be the Project Management Staff for the Production Engineering Integrated Product Team which is responsible for overseeing earned-value management and risk/opportunity activities on a restricted-access effort.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Project Management Staff you will be responsible for driving Earned Value Management (EVM) processes, supporting risk and opportunity management, and acting as the connective tissue between senior leadership, program managers, and execution teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop, monitor, and report earned-value metrics for the Production Engineering IPT, ensuring timely intervention when variances arise.
- Facilitate risk and opportunity identification, mitigation planning, and status tracking across technical and programmatic domains.
- Lead project studies and anomaly-resolution initiatives, providing engineering and process-evaluation support to senior management.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including US DOD representatives, to align on requirements and deliverables.
- Prepare and present performance dashboards, status reports, and executive briefings that support data-driven decision making.

National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
