Full Job Description
As a Project Management Director, you will be the operational anchor for one of our largest pods - establishing project plans, orchestrating cross functional collaboration, quality assurance, resources and budget management across complex workstreams. You bring deep animal health and/or healthcare knowledge with a background in new product launches and GTM initiatives at mid-size scaling agencies.

What You'll Do
Drive project execution & internal partnership
  • Serve as the operational lead on a major account pod, partnering closely with the Account team and senior leadership to ensure clarity, trust and forward momentum across the engagement.
  • Own end to end project delivery across complex, multi-channel programs spanning strategy, creative, digital, medical and experiential.
  • Lead resource plans, capacity forecasts, and project-level financial tracking; identify risks and proactively shape solutions. Input on scoping, drive team utilization, and manage budget burn contributing to overall financial health of the assigned pod in partnership with the account team.
  • Establish and refine project management standards, workflows, and tooling across the pod; drive operational continuity and process improvement in alignment with agency philosophy and account strategies within assigned pod
  • Translate scopes, briefs and deliverable specifications into actionable project clarity for creative and production teams Setting the standard and owning the outcome from project initiation through completion.
  • Establish pod communications and facilitate status updates, next steps, optimized routing and follow-through across the pod on all projects Guide regulatory review submission prep in partnership with account and medical); uphold best practices and ensure thoughtful, clean submissions.
  • Ensure deliverables are accurate, on-time, and aligned with the scope, quality and technical and regulatory standards.
  • Foster a team culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • 10+ years of experience in an agency environment in project management within animal and/or human health sectors.
