Full Job Description
The successful candidate will provide leadership and subject matter expertise in order to advance the future state for Pickup PFS and NW2.0 activities. The role requires collaboration across many working groups and teams in order to advance the development, prioritization and implementation of preferred future state initiatives.

General Job Duties:
  • Act as a commercial voice for Pickup PFS, One FedEx and Transformation activities;
    use data and a fact-based approach to analyze the best business opportunities with the most positive customer impact
  • Lead the team in advancing pickup PFS initiatives through the DRIVE and Planview/Tech prioritization processes successfully
  • Build subject matter expertise and an in-depth knowledge in specific capabiltiies (such as pickup offering options) in order to identify challenges and opportunities and define preferred future states
  • Leads and advances project management across multiple functions and organizations
  • Mentors and develops less senior members of the team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring and solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and analyses with attention to detail (strong Excel and PowerBi skills considered a plus)
  • Working knowledge of current Transformation initiatives across the enterprise, including operational and network impacts
  • Experience in Operating Companies or Operations considered a plus

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Marketing, Finance, Computer Science or related business discipline.
  • One (1) year experience in marketing, advertising, sales administration, or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of the broad application of principles, theories, concepts and techniques of marketing disciplines and project management.
  • Good human relations and communication/presentation skills.
  • Strong basic organizational, quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Experience leading initiatives in a corporate environment. Customer-focused orientation.


Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent.

More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master's Degree equals two (2) years experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Superior knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact based data analysis.

Expert communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring and solving skills.

Superior executive presence, human relations, networking and influencing skills.

Strong project management and project management leadership experience.

Pay: Memphis range: $7,488.36/mo - $12,355.79/mo; Pittsburgh range: $7,882.48/mo - $13,006.09/mo; Plano range: $7,882.48/mo - $13,006.09/mo

Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN, Pittsburgh, PA, or Plano, TX and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location four (4) times per week.
