The Role

Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management for LHA Platforms. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Must Have

High School Diploma and 7 years of experience

Bachelors degree and 3 years of experience

-or-

Masters degree or above and 1 year of experience

Nice to Have

Ability to develop presentations and speak/present to senior leadership, both internally and externally.
• Strong understanding of Technical Instructions, Class 1 changes, Water Front Changes, Scoping Database, CRs Waivers/Deviations, and Detail Design.
• Experience tracking and monitoring, developing, and presenting Technical Scoping Packages.
