The Role

Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Must Have

High School Diploma and 7 years of experience

Bachelors degree and 3 years of experience

-or-

Masters degree or above and 1 year of experience

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree and 6 years of progressive professional experience. A minimum of one year Labor Relations experience or recent degree in Labor or Industrial Relations from an accredited university or college.

Successful candidates must have the following:

1. Must have outstanding data analytics skills

2. Must have outstanding Excel, PowerPoint skills

3. Must have outstanding administrative skills

BA / BS in Human Resources Management, Business, Labor or Industrial Relations or related field. Labor Relations experience in industrial or manufacturing environment
