Overview
Responsibilities
Managing medium to large size projects, 10 to 40 persons
Performing the overall administration, organization, and implementation of large scale electrical construction projects.
Managing several phases of a project lifecycle, including proposal, design, solutioning, installation, and close.
Assisting in the preparation of project documentation, including project requirements, manpower requirements, project layout, project schedules, detailed equipment plans and field office support.
Coordinating and assisting with or leading a project kick-off meeting.
Developing a Work Breakdown Structure for the project with properly named work packages and resources assigned to tasks (resource loaded) to establish a baseline resource plan.
Assisting with the scheduling of resources on the project to maintain the baseline project schedule.
Creating baseline vs actual reporting of resources, as required.
Providing and executing site surveys, site cost studies, projected costs, forecasts, cost codes and progress reports, as required.
Assisting with the collection of progress data of both self-perform and contractor perform work.
Observing and measuring project scope and performance against the project plan to ensure that the project is within acceptable variances of cost, budget, schedule and scope.
Driving the development and maintenance of project artifacts, including shop drawings that are required to ensure effective short-term and long-term staffing success for the project.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
12+ years of experience with a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math or Physics preferably from an ABET accredited program or 9+ years of experience with a Masters degree or 7+ years of experience with a Ph.D.
Proficiency in the Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling method and General Contractor Schedules
Accubid Estimating (Or equivalent) directly related to Electrical Installations is preferred. Primavera P6 CPM Scheduling
