Full Job Description
Cultivating a shared vision of excellence and achieving the global PAA goals together is interesting to you? Act as a key enabler in promoting a culture where team members seamlessly collaborate, complementing each other's strengths and addressing challenges collectively.

In the large PAA spectrum of operations, the candidate will be responsible for crafting the future, executing specific projects and ensuring that the results are captured, the changes are owned by the sponsors and the changes are sustained. They will also lead workshops and provide knowledge transfer to participants.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Responsible for taking the process improvements to the next level in the organization.
  • Ensure that the business improvement objectives are clearly defined, Provide support in planning resources needed to conduct the project.
  • Define, document, assess, and the business processes of an organization or department and then identify areas for potential improvement. Focus is on streamlining operations or developing solutions that allow for improved efficiency or increased productivity.
  • Work with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements, to evaluate current business processes, identify pain points and risks, and opportunities for improvement, developing innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes.
  • Support the project sponsor in problem solving, decisions making and resources allocation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Ensure that the business takes ownership of the implementation and delivers the expected value

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a continuous improvements - Lean, business models definition and strategy
  • Team management and project management experience
  • Experience in providing lean training and coaching to developing talent towards successful execution
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, or equivalent
  • Additional certifications Lean Six Sigma and PMP

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Google suite
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and business valuation
