A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A PROJECT FIELD SUPERINTENDENTAs a Traveling Superintendent, you will be directly assigned to lead a vertical commercial construction project from the ground up. You will oversee day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and maintain our uncompromising commitment to safety and quality. You are the anchor of the job site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
QUALIFICATIONS- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience as a Construction Superintendent.
- Project Expertise: Demonstrated background managing vertical commercial construction projects.
- Leadership: Strong ability to direct field crews, manage sub-contractors, and collaborate effectively with project managers.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel to assigned project sites.
