Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering or relevant experience
• 12+ years of experience with at least 5 years in people management
• In-depth knowledge of systems design (HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills for various stakeholders
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities
• Proven experience leading large teams
• Proficiency in CADD, ERP, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple project teams or small projects
• Provide regular project status updates to clients and leadership
• Maintain and nurture strong client relationships
• Develop and implement effective project strategies
• Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and change orders
• Participate in departmental project meetings
• Delegate tasks and mentor project team members
