About the Role:

The Project Executive for the Commercial & Industrial Sector plays a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the successful execution of large-scale construction projects within the commercial and industrial domains. This position is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while meeting client expectations and regulatory requirements. The role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination across multiple teams including design, procurement, and construction to optimize project outcomes. The Project Executive acts as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Ultimately, this role ensures that all commercial and industrial construction projects contribute positively to the company's growth and reputation in the United States market.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management within the commercial and industrial construction sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects in the United States.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with advanced project management software and tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or Procore.
