Full Job Description
What You'll Do Day-To-Day

  • Ensures effective performance of engineering assignments.
  • Plans and directs the timely execution of engineering activities, as assigned.
  • Ensures projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies, objectives and customer standards.
  • Ensures adherence to government, organization and customer engineering standards and procedures.
  • Monitors goals, objectives and standards of performance for assigned team members.
  • Works interactively with customers and clients to develop strong relationships.
  • Researches and assesses best practices, proposing methods and improvements.
  • Works on special projects, as directed. Performs other related duties and tasks, as required.


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

Total Rewards Package

Total Rewards Package
  • Salary: $112,000 - $152,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
