You will be the Project Engineering Associate Manager for the Logistics & Sustainment Engineering ILS team. Our team is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing ILS activities for IRST / Legion Programs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Project Engineering Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading engineering project execution and integrated logistics support across development, production, and sustainment phases.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead in-plant and offsite engineering teams to deliver program objectives.
- Manage cost accounts, earned value, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Oversee contract data deliverables and sustainment support for multiple customers.
- Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities throughout the program lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with production, procurement, quality, and senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Excellent communication skills and Customer Service orientation
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word)
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Ability to interface with a variety of information technology applications to create purchase requirements, maintain and deliver GFE hardware, tooling, and support equipment
• Ability to track, submit, and report contractual data deliverables
• Ability to prepare and accomplish presentations
• Risk and opportunity management
• Proposal experience
• CAM experience and/or working in support of EAC/ETC generation
Desired Skills• IRST Programs or EO / IR Sensor Program Experience
• Ability to work in a cross-functional IPT environment
• Experience using MS Excel and SAP client applications
• Familiar with MFC Asset Management System (AMS)
• Experience interacting with management and customers
• Individual must be a self-starter capable of effectively managing
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
