Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities
  • Become a technical contributor in the design, development, and validation of automated pipe end forming equipment and related manufacturing systems.
  • Design machines, fixtures, and tooling for manufacturing processes including structural frames, linkages, and mechanical assemblies.
  • Perform static and dynamic mechanical analysis to validate component and system performance.
  • Specify and integrate motors, drives, couplings, hydraulic components, bearings, and associated hardware.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and operations teams to support product development and launches.
  • Build and assemble prototypes; perform testing, tolerance analysis, and validation activities.
  • Maintain and update engineering documentation including drawings, BOMs, and revision history.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product or equipment issues.
