Project Engineer for a military project located at MCAS Yuma in
Yuma, AZ.

Responsibilities- Emphasize safety during the performance of all daily project responsibilities.
- Create, manage, process and log RFIs and submittals.
- Develop and update project schedule with Project Manager and Superintendent
- Promote sustainable construction and coordinating project LEED requirements.
- Maintain project progress photographs.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager in purchasing activities including scoping and take-offs.
- Monitor material deliveries, ensuring all deliveries adhere to the project schedule.
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the contract documents.
- Facilitate communication among all project team members.
- Manage project close-out, including warranty letters, guarantees, and acceptance of work.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications- Familiarity with reading drawings and specifications.
- Working knowledge of Procore document control system.
- Strong computer skills.
Compensation and Benefits- $75,000 to $95,000 salary range
- The offered rate will be based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience.
