Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience preferred in Power Systems.
• Preferred experience includes short-circuit, protective device coordination, arc-flash, and power quality studies.
• Proficient in power system modeling software such as SKM, ETAP, ASPEN, or EZPower.
• Knowledge of voltages up to 500 kV, covering low, medium, and high-voltage systems.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing, are necessary for customer interactions.
• Field experience with substations or switchgear is highly desirable.
• Utility design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering design, analysis, and studies for projects, both domestic and international.
• Conduct short-circuit and protective device coordination studies along with arc-flash assessments.
• Perform analysis on power factor, harmonic modeling, and grounding.
• Interact with customers to gather vital project information and review engineering plans.
• Support field operations during shutdown, startup, and maintenance projects under Field Services supervision.
