Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Preferably experience in heavy industrial projects.
• Experience managing projects valued at $50M or more.
• Familiarity with Design-Build methodology is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) effectively.
• Coordinate all technical-related correspondence.
• Oversee drawing revisions and changes in the field.
• Facilitate technical reviews and ensure document control.
• Manage submittals and construction work packages.
• Assist with turnover documentation and project closeouts.
• Track action items and commitments throughout the project.
• Provide engineering support for construction activities.
• Direct the activities of Construction Engineers.
