Full Job Description
Graham Technologies is seeking a Project Engineer to support a federal customer by managing facility, infrastructure, and utility improvement projects from planning through construction.

Location: Hurlburt Field, FL (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop project scopes, technical requirements, and planning documentation.
• Coordinate engineering, design, and construction activities.
• Develop Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimates.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Review engineering and architectural designs for compliance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and project documentation.
• Support construction administration and project execution.

Required Skills:

Experience:
• Minimum five (5) years managing construction, facilities, infrastructure, or utility projects.

Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Building Construction Services from an accredited institution.

Clearance:
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a NACI/SF-85 suitability determination.
