You will be the Project Engineer for the F-35 LoB Engineering, Business Operations & Capture. Our team is is assigned responsibility, authority, and accountability for execution of the Engineering and Technology (E&T) activity across the entire LOB to accomplish Program cost, schedule, and performance. This role serves to support the F-35 E&T and Program Management leadership through performance management of cost, schedule, and technical measures. What You Will Be Doing As the Project Engineer your responsibilities will include: • You will align E&T/F-35 strategic investments and initiatives to needs of F-35 • You will drive F-35 E&T discretionary resource planning activities across teams • You will facilitate on-time execution of projects related to strategic investments, artificial intelligence, 1LM, digital transformation • You will perform data trends and gap analyses using our performance and technical measures. • You will integrate and drive actions across Domain Excellence and Line of Business Engineering teams. • You will support Earned Value mentorship and education across the program. • You will have to summarize data and deliver executive-level products on short timelines. ** Must be a US Citizen. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. National Pay Statement Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
