Project Engineer - Electrical in St. John's, NL.

Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to the Project Managers on various projects.
• Perform engineering due diligence for project planning and delivery.
• Facilitate and complete project risk identification and associated mitigation.
• Perform project scope verifications, field verifications, engineering data gathering and associated detailed project planning activities.
• Review tender packages prepared by other consultants and contractors.
• Review and approve shop drawings prepared by contractors and vendors.
• Oversee quality planning and inspection plans.

Requirements
• Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Registered as a professional engineer (P. Eng).
• 10 years or more experience overseeing project engineering in an electrical environment.
• Experience in project scope definition, engineering data gathering and associated detailed project planning activities.
