- Managing a project from start to market launch in coordination with internal and external customers
- Developing and implementing solutions for technical challenges within development projects or assigned tasks
- Coordination of an interdisciplinary technical project team and management of development partners
ensuring cost-effective execution and documentation of development projects, in compliance to development milestones, development costs, and technical specification requirements
- Aligning concepts for manufacturing processes with production
- Supporting the start of series production by implementing the relevant development work
Your Profile
- Professional experience in the development of automotive complete seats or similar components in car interiors
- Experience in project management
- Strong communication skills with OEM customers and suppliers
- Experience in using MS Office, MS Project and ideally - CATIA V5
- A sense of responsibility and cost awareness
- Flexibility and commitment
- Experience in teamwork across different time zones
