Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of project engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing capital or facility improvement projects.
• Comfortable working in both office and production settings.
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred experience in food, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects including scope, budgets, schedules, and execution.
• Lead upgrades, installations, and building improvements across manufacturing and utility projects.
• Review process flow diagrams and coordinate equipment layouts with engineering teams.
• Collaborate with CAD/BIM teams and oversee contractors during construction.
• Prepare project estimates, timelines, and technical documentation.
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality and Engineering to ensure minimal production impact.
• Ensure projects comply with safety, cGMP, and Management of Change (MOC) regulations.
