Primary Function
Under general supervision, plans and directs customer project service requests; develops project definitions, plans the scope of work and ensures project meets budget, quality and schedule objectives; responds to project inquiries; provides input on engineering and construction requirements and advises customer on design and material requirements; coordinates, monitors and reports status on all projects. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, public or business administration and four years of progressively responsible for coordinating distribution system, substation or power line electrical construction projects.

Progressively responsible directly related experience may be substituted for the required education at the ratio of two years of experience for one year of education in coordinating distribution system, substation or power line electrical construction projects.
Licensing & Certification Requirements

Veteran's Preference (External Applicants Only): Submit DD form 214 or other evidence of veterans' status by the job posting deadline.

Other Requirements/Testing
A negative drug test is required as a condition of employment.
