Based in our San Antonio production facility, you will be at the center of customer engagement—leading technical discussions, supporting solution development, and hosting hands-on testing and evaluation activities. From early-stage concept exploration through real-world validation, you’ll help shape solutions that address some of the most demanding chiller and heat pump system challenges.

  • Build smarter ways of working by developing tools, documentation, and automated resources that empower field sales teams and streamline responses to common inquiries.

  • Turn customer engagement into strategic insight—analyzing why JCI wins, what competitors are offering, and where the market is heading—then translating those learnings into white papers, sales tools, and actionable feedback for product management.

  • Support high-impact, complex projects by staying connected to the pipeline, providing proactive guidance to the field, and collaborating across application engineering teams to deliver successful outcomes.

  • Navigate and resolve real-world challenges by advising customers and sales teams through equipment, application, and code-related issues with confidence and clarity.

  • Help shape world-class customer experiences by collaborating with global factories to standardize and elevate on-site and remote testing processes and visits.

  • Share your expertise through training and development, creating and delivering impactful sales training programs both on-site and in the field.

  • Stay ahead of the market by maintaining a strong understanding of JCI and competitor products, emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory influences.

  • Excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while also working independently with strong ownership and accountability.

  • Manage priorities effectively to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.

  • Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to refine processes and enhance team performance.
