Major Job Duties and Responsibilities::
1. Design and develop automotive parts and accessories and collaborate with customers and suppliers.
* Study and calculate production cost according to customer RFQ.
* Create 3D CAD data and 2D drawing with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), Finite Element Method (FEM), and Production capabilities.
* Chose parts material
* Design structure of automotive parts.
* Create Design Verification Plan and Report (DVPR) and manage the schedule.
* Create Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA)
* Solve design issue with customers and suppliers.
2. Manage automotive parts and accessories and collaborate with customers and suppliers.
* Manage the schedule of development and preparation for production.
* Lead the supplier's meeting
* Lead the APQP, PPAP
* Control launch activities at Plant
* Lead the design review.
