Position Description
Develop, manage, and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost control systems.
Monitor project expenditures, labor productivity, and budget performance.
Prepare and maintain cost reports, forecasts, variance analyses, and profitability assessments.
Perform earned value management and variance analysis to support decision-making.
Identify cost overruns, recommend corrective actions, and implement cost-saving strategies.
Support change order pricing, estimates, and quantity/commodity tracking.
Review and audit labor, equipment, and material invoices for accuracy.
Prepare draft invoices and create/submit monthly pay applications.
Maintain accounts receivable and payable reports, including reconciliation activities.
Maintain material sales tax logs and support compliance requirements.
Provide financial insights and reporting to project leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to financial plans, policies, and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor and upper management.
