Partner with Legal to streamline NDA and contracting workflows through the contract lifecycle management system, tracking status and driving down cycle time on routine agreements while also ensuring compliance with uploading files to existing electronic documentation repository systems for quick retrieval of prior agreements.
Serve as the central point of accountability for procurement and contracting paperwork for the CIO, inclusive of supporting Healthcare Provider (HCP) onboarding processes, reducing administrative burden on program managers and providing proactive visibility into cross-functional process status.
Manage calendar coordination, expense reporting, travel logistics, and event/meeting planning inclusive of onsite support for the bi-monthly CIO leadership team meeting, collaborating effectively with other executive assistants and program managers as required
Identify recurring process friction points across procurement, contracting, and program operations, and lead the implementation of process improvements consistent with the Danaher Business System (DBS).
