Under the direction of the Project Controls Supervisor, collects, analyzes, and maintains schedule information from all disciplines and functional teams to support the development and maintenance of the integrated project schedule. Identifies schedule risks or slippages and evaluates their impact on the overall project timeline. Coordinates with internal departments to ensure shared understanding of project schedule requirements and dependencies. Supports the integration of all scheduled activities and monitors inter-discipline and functional interfaces to identify potential conflicts. Performs data collection, compilation, and processing, for the development of key performance metrics (KPIs), and visual tools, graphics, or dashboards. Provides scheduling support and analysis to resolve interface issues. May provide support for and perform similar scheduling functions for the Production Outage Planning team.
REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONSEducation/Experience:Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, project management, or related discipline from an accredited university and 0-2 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Associate's degree in business, engineering, construction management, project management, or related discipline from an accredited university and 2-4 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
OR
High school diploma/GED and 4-6 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Minimum Experience Includes:- Must have Intermediate Microsoft Office skills in applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic skills for data processing and data accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure with guidance from supervisor or peer.
- Flexibility to respond to urgent project requests and/or changing priorities.
- Ability to work with people of varied backgrounds and objectives.
Preferred Experience:- Prior experience and execution of Project Controls or scheduling work on federal government projects.
- Experience with Primavera P/6 or similar scheduling software such as Oracle Primavera Cloud, Powerproject, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Open Project.
- Experience with permitting, compliance, and operating regulations.
- General knowledge of conducting root cause analysis for identifying risks and improving efficiency.
- Experience with cost analysis/control, estimating, and budget reconciliation.
- Experience with Power BI and Visio.
- Prior experience with process engineering projects is desirable.
- Previous Waste Treatment Project (WTP) experience.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/TASKS- Obtains required schedule information for all disciplines/functions.
- Identifies constraints and effect on total project schedule. Coordinates with all departments to ensure understanding of total project schedule needs.
- Responsible for total integration of scheduled activities. Identifies schedule conflicts and problems resulting from inter-discipline or functional restraints and interfaces.
- Monitors and reports on critical path, driving path/s, and total schedule performance for the project.
- Collects and analyzes information for the development of data visualization tools, metrics, and infographics.
- Recommend areas for schedule improvement to the project team for discussion and/or decision making.
- Responsible for leading, when requested, the development and review of schedule recovery plans, including evaluation of additional resources/costs required to affect such plans.
- Support the Waste Treatment Plant Nuclear Safety Quality Culture by emphasizing the values of safety and quality in the performance of work in order to protect self, others, and the environment

Performs desk work, including writing, computer workstation processes, and telephone operation. Arranges for and/or performs presentations, oral reports, planning meetings, and other formal and informal contacts, requiring long periods of sitting. Oversees field activities through inspections, testing and equipment operations, which requires walking, standing, bending, and turning along with wearing of personal protective equipment. Occasional loading, transport, and unloading of tools and/or supplies specific to an activity.
- This position is located at the Construction Site (22 miles north of Richland) and works a 4 x 10 schedule, M-Th, 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Compensation Details:$68,644.55 - $101,584.72
