Project Controls Manager to support our client in Oak Ridge, TN.
Responsibilities: - Lead project controls activities, including cost management, scheduling, forecasting, risk management, and performance reporting for a complex nuclear facility project.
- Develop, maintain, and manage the integrated master schedule (IMS), ensuring engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities are properly integrated.
- Establish project cost baselines, budgets, forecasts, and earned value metrics; identify variances and provide recommendations for corrective action.
- Coordinate with project management, engineering, procurement, construction, finance, and subcontractors to ensure accurate schedule and cost data across the project.
- Manage the project change control process, evaluating the cost and schedule impact of scope changes and maintaining accurate documentation and baselines.
- Prepare and present regular project controls reports, dashboards, KPIs, schedule updates, risk assessments, and executive-level forecasts to project leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 10-15 years of project controls experience, including cost control, scheduling, forecasting, and project performance management on large or complex projects.
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing integrated project schedules, cost baselines, forecasts, and change control processes.
- Proficiency with project controls and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, along with strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
- Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning project lifecycles, with the ability to coordinate project controls across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience supporting nuclear, uranium enrichment, nuclear fuel cycle, DOE/NNSA, or other highly regulated/complex industrial projects.
- Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and DOE project controls requirements or similar federal project management standards.
- Professional certification such as PMP, AACE CCP, AACE PSP, or PMI-SP and/or experience supporting projects from early design through construction and commissioning.

- Schedule is full-time, Monday - Friday 40-hour week.
